Your order is not accepted until Ligaphone-Paris confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Ligaphone-Paris may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Ligaphone-Paris is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases made in our Store are direct transactions with Ligaphone-Paris. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Ligaphone-Paris, including any harm, damages, or losses resulting from purchased products/services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to your transactions with Ligaphone-Paris.

WE DON'T GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE USE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DON'T ALLOW WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIGAPHONE-PARIS, ITS PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OR SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, OR RELATED TO SERVICE CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.
SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ligaphone-Paris, Shopify, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (1) your violation of these Terms; (2) your violation of any laws or third-party rights; or (3) your use of the Services.
We'll notify you of indemnifiable claims. You'll cooperate in defending claims and may participate at your own expense. We may control the defense and settlement, except we won't settle claims requiring non-monetary obligations without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld).
SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting remaining provisions' validity.

Our failure to enforce any right/provision doesn't constitute a waiver.

These Terms shall be governed by French law. You and Ligaphone-Paris submit to the jurisdiction of French courts.

We may update/modify any part of these Terms at our discretion by posting changes online. It's your responsibility to check for updates. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
