We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Return shipping costs: are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Restocking fee: 50% will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • Final sales: no returns or exchanges on final sale, promotional, or custom items.

 

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in like-new condition, unworn and unused.

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not meeting these conditions will be refused.

Damages and Issues

Please contact us immediately upon receipt if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

 

Non-returnable Items

No returns on:

  • Promotional or final sale items.

  • Personalized or custom products.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Bank processing times may delay the posting of the refund.
